By using Anonymous AI, you agree to follow applicable laws, respect other creators, and avoid using the platform for abuse, fraud, or harmful content generation.

Account access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken under your login. Credits are stored in your account wallet, and any available model or feature can be used while your balance is sufficient for the action you request. We may suspend or limit access if fraud, abuse, or security issues are detected.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or harmful content, including attempts to violate privacy rights, impersonate others, evade safety controls, or attack the platform. We may remove content or block accounts that create material legal or safety risk.

Generated content and responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the files you upload, and the outputs you publish or use. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users, so you should review outputs before relying on them for commercial, editorial, or sensitive use cases.

Public content

If you choose to make a saved artwork public, or use a feature that saves it publicly by default, you grant Anonymous AI a limited right to host, display, and distribute that content within the product so it can appear in public galleries, Explore surfaces, and related promotional placements for the service.

Billing and changes

Credit purchases are processed through our billing providers as one-time transactions. Pack contents, feature availability, generation costs, and model access may evolve over time as the product improves. Unless required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable after credits are delivered, and completed purchases remain recorded in your account history.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any model, or error-free output. We may update, replace, pause, or discontinue features when needed for product, provider, legal, or security reasons.
