Do credits expire?
Credits in your wallet do not automatically expire unless we clearly state otherwise in a future promotion or special offer.
Is this a subscription?
No. This page sells one-time credit top-ups. You only pay when you choose to buy more credits.
Can I get a refund?
Usually no. Because credits are delivered immediately as digital goods, purchases are generally final unless required by law or approved for a duplicate charge, billing error, or delivery failure.
When are credits deducted?
Credits are deducted when you run a generation or related paid action, based on the selected model, quality, and image count. When both free and paid credits exist, the system uses free credits first.
Do all models unlock after purchase?
Yes. As long as your wallet has enough balance for the requested action, you can use any available model and supported feature.
