Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable.

Anonymous AI sells credits as one-time digital purchases. Because credits are delivered immediately and can be used right away, all sales are generally final unless a refund is required by law or explicitly approved under the exceptions below.

No-refund rule

Once credits are successfully added to your account, we do not normally offer refunds for unused, partially used, or fully used balances, accidental purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with prompts or outputs, or changes to model preference after checkout.

Possible exceptions

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there is a duplicate charge, a proven billing error, a technical failure that prevented credits from being delivered, or another issue where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Abuse and chargebacks

If we detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, payment reversal abuse, or attempts to consume credits and then dispute the charge improperly, we may deny the refund request, suspend access, or limit future purchases.

How to request a review

If you believe your case qualifies for review, contact hello@anonymous-ai.app and include the account email, purchase date, charge amount, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional payment details to verify the request.

Processing outcome

If a refund is approved, the credited balance may be removed or adjusted before the refund is sent. Review timelines and settlement timing depend on the payment provider and your bank.
